Secure your shipments with the ParcelParcel Transport Guarantee. For your Guarantee to be valid, you must have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions and follow the rules below regarding the use of the service.
COVERED RISKS AND AMOUNTS:
Protect your shipments up to €100,000 against loss, theft, damage, or non-delivery of the package.
DELIVERY METHODS:
The ParcelParcel Transport Guarantee covers your shipments worldwide, except for areas in war zones or under international sanctions, and with all carriers offering tracked delivery and proof of delivery, such as a signature or a code.
PACKAGING AND DISCRETION:
Your goods must be carefully protected and placed in a new box or a double-layered box strong enough to withstand transportation. Ensure your package is discreet and avoid including information that could attract attention, such as the value, a brand name, or hints about the package's contents.
FILING A CLAIM:
In the event of a claim, it must be submitted within:
21 days from the pickup date for a lost package
14 days from the actual delivery date for a damaged package or from the scheduled delivery date for a stolen or undelivered package
No claim will be accepted if it is filed more than 21 days after the package's pickup date.
COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR RECIPIENT:
Inform your recipient about any preventive measures that need to be taken to ensure the Guarantee functions correctly. If the package arrives damaged, the recipient must clearly and accurately note reservations on the delivery slip or simply refuse the delivery. A damaged package with a signed delivery slip without reservations or refusal cannot be reimbursed.
Never discard damaged packaging; photos will be required in the event of a claim.
