Two additional documents are required to ship to a country outside the European Union (e.g. the United Kingdom) via DSV Road. This concerns a so-called Power of Attorney (POA) and a digital extract from your Chamber of Commerce registration. Unfortunately, you cannot ship via DSV Road to a country outside the European Union without these documents.

Once we have received your Power of Attorney and the digital Chamber of Commerce extract, we will forward all information to DSV Road. DSV Road usually takes 3-5 business days to process this request. If DSV Road has approved your request, we will inform you immediately. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. Following these steps is required only once. You do not have to repeat these steps per shipment.
