With ParcelParcel, you can now link your own FedEx account, allowing you to ship using your own rates. Follow the steps below to easily connect your FedEx contract.
Step 1: Gather Your FedEx Account Information
Open a notepad as we’ll need to copy and paste some data that will be required later when filling out a form to add your FedEx contract.
To connect your FedEx account, you will need the following information:
• FedEx account number
• Company name
• First and last name
• Address (including house number)
• Postal code and city
• Country code (e.g., NL)
• Phone number
• Email address
How to find this information:
Log in to the FedEx website with your account credentials.
Click on your name at the top right corner and select My Profile.
Click on Account Management in the menu on the left side of your screen.
Copy the Account Number you want to add and paste it into your notepad.
Click on View/Edit for the preferred account number, scroll down a bit and you will see the Shipping Address section with all the necessary information. Copy all the information in green (see image below) and paste it into your notepad.
Step 2: Obtain Your FedEx API Credentials
Follow these visual instructions to get your FedEx API credentials. Paste your Authorization Key, Password, and Meter Number also into your notepad, as you’ll need them for our form in the next step.
Step 3: Fill Out Our Form
Go to our form using this link.
Enter all the requested information, including your FedEx account number, Authorization Key, Password and Meter Number.
Submit the form
What happens next?
Once you submit the form, we will add your FedEx contract to your ParcelParcel account. You will receive an email once the contract is linked.
